Armoury doors

Armoury doors J&W-11/DS comply to following standards:

» PN-EN 1627:2012 class „RC4"

meet the requirements for the armory doors described in the regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 21.10.2011. "on the rules of arming specialized armed protective formations and conditions for storing and recording weapons and ammunition (Journal of Laws No. 142 item 1462) together with subsequent amendments.

Special doors (bullet-proof) J&W-11/RC5comply to following standards:

  » PN-ENV 1522:2000 class „FB4” (available on request)

and the requirements of the "On Military Object Protection" instruction of the Ministry of National Defense


Armoury doors are used in civilian stores (civil institutions, weapon stores, security agencies, individual clients) and military ones.

Armoury doors for civilian stores are based on the construction of "RC4", "C" class doors with accessories compliant with the requirements of the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
They are produced for any size in the 1-wing or 2-leaf version, as internal or external doors. The direction of opening outside or inside the room.
The door cover is made of sheet metal of a thickness of 2mm covering the interior of a steel grate structure with a filling of 5 cm mineral wool, non-flammable. Additional insulation around the sash and frame is provided by a seal. The door wing is equipped with three hinges from ø20mm to ø30mm depending on the width, height and weight of the wing. On the hinged side, the protection consists of three anti-force bolts. In addition to the expansion lock in "C", "7", an additional lock in the same resistance class and a sealing set are used. Steel threshold with a standard height of 20mm.
At customer's request, we install a bolt with a padlock of class "5" in the doors.
